CHECK IN
Passengers traveling within Mexico can check in online at our website or check in directly on the airline counter at the airport. To check in online please login to the check in web page and print your boarding pass. Online check in is available 48 hours before the departure time of the flight. For international flights, all passengers must check in directly on the airline counter at the airport. There is no availabe online check in.
AIRLINE COUNTER CLOSING TIME
Passengers traveling within Mexico must check in the airline counter at the airport 2 hours before the departure time of the flight. On international flights the passenger must be at the airport counter 3 hours before the flight departure time.
Counter closes 45 minutes before the flight. After closing counter no passengers will be allowed to travel.
BOARDING GATE CLOSING TIME
Passengers must be on the boarding gate at least 30 minutes before the flights departure hour. Boarding gate closes 15 minutes before the flight. After closing the boarding gate no passengers will be allowed to travel.
Seat assignation
The asigned groups system will be used. Passengers with special needs or traveling with children less than 5 years old will have higher priority.
