Baggage fees and other charges
Atention:
Passengers with VIVAREGULAR reservations are allowed to check in a bag of maximum 55 pounds as well a hand bag of maximum 22 pounds. For hand bag the maximum dimensions are: 21 inches x 15 inches x 8 inches.
Passengers with VIVALIGHT reservations are allowed to carry only one hand bag and one personal item that both does not exceed 22 pounds (Hand bags and laptops are consider baggage). For hand bag the maximum dimensions are: 21 inches x 15 inches x 8 inches.
In case of require bag check in (traveling with bags that exceed weight or dimensions established) the passenger must arrive 2 hours prior flight departure with a valid official id. Any excess on bags dimensions and weight will have a charge described on the table below.
This fees apply for baggage and other charges or special services.

- A medical emergencies protection fee costs USD 1.50 and it is optional on each online booking.
