BOOKINGS
Rates listed on Vivaaerobus website are exclusively valid for the quotation or purchase moment. Rates are subject to availability and changes, previous to booking time or purchase. Prices include hotel and governmental taxes corresponding to each destination.
In order to avoid inconveniencies, please print your booking confirmation and have it ready for the hotel check-in.
Check-in and / or check-out time may vary according to each hotel policy.
The offered services (accommodation, meals, etc.) may vary according to each hotel policy.
CHANGES AND CANCELATIONSAny change is subject to availability and hotel and / or Vivaaerobus policy regarding booking and changes. Hotel date change is allowed only throughout our webpage
www.vivaaerobus.com in “My Flight” section, option “Hotel date change”. Date changes are not allowed within 72 hours prior to your arrival at the hotel for the majority of the properties. Please consult hotel policy in the hotel description; some hotels restrict date changes within 10 days prior to your arrival at the hotel. Price difference may apply depending on hotel and room type availability for the new selected dates. Please consult change policies for Las Vegas hotels. Las Vegas hotels do not accept date changes 5 days before the check-in.
In case of “No Show”, your booking will be automatically cancelled and as per the cancelation policy applies no refund.
Name changes, room type changes or hotel changes are not allowed.
For cancelation, no refund applies.
ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR LAS VEGAS HOTEL BOOKINGS
Room type is not guaranteed and depends on the hotel’s availability at check-in.
Roll-away beds and cribs are usually available at the reception desk and the additional cost should be paid by the passenger to the hotel.
The passenger who’s name appears on the hotel reservation is the only one authorized to register at the hotel. At check-in the passenger should present a valid official ID.
Minimum age to reserve a room: 21 years.
All Las Vegas hotel bookings are reported to the hotels 7 days previous to the check-in. Before this period, Vivaaerobus won’t be responsible for the bookings to appear in the hotels’ booking system.
Please use different names in order to book multiple rooms. Two or more rooms under the same name are not authorized by the hotel for the same travel period.
Vivaaerobus won’t be responsible or accept any additional charges for upgrades requested by passengers during check-in or for additional passengers to an already existing booking. These charges should be paid to the hotel by the passenger.
Vivaaerobus won’t be responsible for any hotel change caused by hotel overbooking. An equal or major category hotel would be assigned.
Some hotels charge infants and children the same amount as adults.
Las Vegas hotels do not accept date changes 5 days before the check-in. Las Vegas hotels do not accept name changes.
DISCLAIMER
Vivaaerobus works as a middle-agent between the client and the hotel. Vivaaerobus creates the necessary commercial connections in compliance with its own service and quality standards, selecting only the most reputable suppliers for this purpose. However Vivaaerobus can’t be held liable for their acts, omission, wrongdoing or other. Vivaaerobus acts only in its role of agent for the client or for the supplier of the goods and services rendered and as such, does not keep any legal authority or control over the operator’s Personnel, assets, operation and/or property.
Booking a hotel with Vivaaerobus represents a direct contractual relationship with the selected hotel.
Vivaaerobus acts only in its role of agent, passing on booking details to hotels and sending to the client a confirmation email on behalf of the hotel.
Vivaaerobus herewith declares that:
- Photographic material published on its website is intended to render a general depiction of the service in question and by no means can be guaranteed that the service will be supplied exactly as depicted.
- Star ratings assigned to hotel accommodations and services are based on the hotel’s and Vivaaerobus’ s own standards and quality criteria and may not necessarily match rating criteria used elsewhere.
- Hotel services descriptions are regularly updated for a depiction of the product as close to reality as possible. However, Vivaaerobus cannot be held accountable for variations occurring upon your arrival at the hotel.
Vivaaerobus will not assume liability for any claims, costs or expenses arising from personal injuries to the client or third parties, or caused by accidents, fatalities, loss or damage to personal property, lack of enjoyment or claims over emotional and mental states such as upset, disappointment, anguish, distress or frustration, or any other damage, whether physical, mental or emotional, arising from the following:
- Acts committed or omissions caused by any party other than the website or its employees.
- The client’s failure to obtain the required travel documentation such as, but not limited to, passport, visas, certificates, booking confirmation, etc.
- Cancelation or change to your hotel booking done by the hotel itself, notwithstanding the reason.
- Reasons beyond its control, such as, but not limited to, Illness, theft, labor disputes, mechanical failures, quarantine, Government actions, acts of God such as bad weather -including hurricanes- , earthquakes or war, acts of terrorism or any other circumstance beyond direct control of Vivaaerobus
Despite our close communication with our selected group of hotels, there is still a possibility that changes on the rates may occur without notice, rates become expired or come from wrong information provided by the suppliers, for such reason Vivaaerobus will be released from any responsibility towards compensations to client and will not be considered liable for any inconvenience arising from the mentioned reasons.
