1. One personal item (tote bag, computer case, backpack or shopping bag) is allowed, complying with the following dimensions: 18 x 14 x 8 inches. The personal item must respect the restrictions of the articles allowed in the passenger cabin and be placed under the front seat during the flight.
2. Online check-in will be automatically enabled according to the times stipulated for each flight fare. Prior boarding pass printing, a seat will be randomly assigned. If you want to select a specific seat, it must be done prior online check-in by making the corresponding payment.
3. This fare does not include carry-on bags; however, it can be added by making the corresponding payment.
4. One carry-on bag not exceeding 22 lbs. is allowed for Light and Extra fares, and 33 lbs. for Smart fare. Dimensions must not exceed 22 x 16 x 10 inches and must respect the restrictions of the articles allowed in the passenger cabin.
5. These fares do not include checked baggage. Extra bags can be added by making the corresponding payment.
6. The checked baggage weight for Extra and Smart combos is 33 lbs. and 55 lbs., respectively. This weight may be exceeded by making the corresponding payment. Checked baggage dimensions must not exceed 62 linear inches (length + width + height).
7. When choosing this fare or combos, you must complete online check-in to obtain the boarding pass either digital or printed and present it at check-in desks or airport security filters. If you do not print it or download it, it can be obtained at check-in desks by making the corresponding payment. In the event that the system does not find an available seat within the flight, the boarding pass can be obtained free of charge at check-in desks prior to flight departure.
8. This fare and combos do not include seat selection. A seat will be assigned randomly prior to online check-in or at airport counters prior flight departure. A seat selection can be made through the corresponding payment.
9. You can choose the seat of your preference during the purchase process or through My Flight, with the exception of the VIP Priority and More Space seats (emergency exits), which will have an additional cost.
10. Viva Express (Priority check-in) is included at no cost when selecting the Smart combo. For the other combos or fare, it can be purchased separately at an additional cost.
11. Itinerary changes can be made up to 4 hours before flight departure time by paying each change and settling the fare difference in rates, if any.
12. The benefit of itinerary changes (time or date) are allowed as long as the passenger settles the fare difference, if any.
13. If you bought your flight through an online travel agency such as Best Day, Expedia, Despegar, Price Travel, Almundo, Travel Fusion, among others, your benefits when traveling with Viva Aerobus are:
    • Carry-on up to 33 lbs.
    • Checked baggage up to 55 lbs.
    • Automatic seat assignment.
    • Boarding pass issued at the airport at no cost.
